Do you offer insurance?

Yes, we cover with insurance all the passengers during the period of our services according the reservation. We also recommend you purchase Travel Insurance, just in case of outstanding impacts during your travel.

How do I get an offer?

When you visit pages of our services, you see on the right side of your screen the button “GET A FREE OFFER”. Press this button to open the link and complete the field to let us know about your interest.

How do I book?

When you get our offer, you already know through our response the charge, payment ways, cancellation policy and all the extra details that you have confirm to be completed the booking.

How can I contact you?

If you need any assistance, we are happy to help you through our telephone number 0030 693 625 5440. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm. Outside of these hours via email at info@mygreecetours.com.

What if I don't hear from you after I have made the booking request?

We respond to all “Get A Free Offer” requests as soon as possible. It’s possible our emails may be filtered out by some Spam programs, so please check your Junk folders just in case.

How can I tell if you are a reputable company?

MYGREECETOURS is:

How do I pay?

Through our offer you will receive information about the preferred payment ways like by cash, credit card, transaction through a bank account, PayPal or VivaWallet. Bank commissions and refund are charged the client

What if I have special requests?

What does my quote include?

Is my quote per person or the total for my group?

We provide a charge for the total number of people travelling in your group.

What will the weather be like?

Greece is a country with 4 seasons climate. It is sunny more than 9 mon in a year but there are days with rainfall or snow in the winter time. Climate applications can give you a good info or the forecast about the temperatures of your preferred period.

Archaeological sites & museums will be closed on the following dates:

Christmas: December, 25th + 26th
New Year’s Day: January, 1st
Greek Independence Day: March, 25th
On Good Friday, open from 12 noon to 6 p.m.
Easter Saturday, open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Greek Easter Day (moveable feast, usually in April or May)
Labor Day: May, 1st

Extended Hours

In August (on Full Moon day) and on the European Night of Museums, the Acropolis Museum operates until 12 midnight.
