Drove my group from Athens to Lefkada in a very comfortable passenger van. Was timely, friendly and accommodating. Gave a quick tour through ancient Corinth. ATHENS DAY TRIP, friendly chauffeur service
We had booked with MY GREECE TOURS for couple of days. Nick was our awesome driver, very professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable about greek history, helped us plan our… day for the athens day trip. We also had a meteora day trip booked with Nick, even thought it was a rainy day 🙁 he stopped at the right spots, so we could get some nice pictures, he helped translate our lunch menu since my son has severe food allergy (thank you Nick). Wonderful private tour of Athens
I booked with MY GREECE TOURS directly through email for a half day tour of Athens from our cruise and it was no problem. The communications were very clear and… we easily met our driver where stated, as we embarked. It was an early start at 07.30 but worth it to be at the wonderful Acropolis before the crowds and the heat. Our driver was delightful and could not do enough to help us or make our visit special. The vehicle was gratifyingly cool and there were bottles of water available. He made sure to explain everything about where we were or travelled through, explained the history and showed us historic images before we went to see anything, which made it all come alive even more. He advised us on the best way to spend the morning for us and took us to see the Presidential mansion. His patriotic delight at actually seeing the President arrive by car was a joy to see. He also made sure to time things so we were able to see the changing of the guard and put us in the best viewing place. We had the special treat of visiting the highest point of the city for amazing panoramic views and have to admit, we have never seen driving like it, to get around all the parked cars! One of the best decisions I made in Greece
We decided to go with this company by hiring a driver for 2 days 1 night trip to Meteora as we decided to go there a day before the trip.… All train tours could not be booked a day before and I found communicating with “MY GREECE TOURS” was fast and smooth. The company was very helpful and replied my whatsapp in a fast manner. They charged very reasonable for the trip. Private ride from Athens to Ancient Corinth, the Akrocorinth, and the Monastery at Dafni
At a time when the offseason meant few tours to Ancient Corinth and St. Paul’s bema, “MY GREECE TOURS” and Dimitris came through wonderfully! He picked us up right on… time in his clean, spacious vehicle. Although we hadn’t paid for him to be a tour guide, he pointed out many sites (including the Corinth Canal), with stories and explanations, as we traveled the hour-plus route. We had over an hour to wander the ancient city, and I was quite affected by seeing the place where Paul is believed to have spoken. The ruins were amazing. Then we were stunned by the beautiful – and safe – ride up to the top of the Akrocorinth, all 1800+ feet (575 meters)! It was incredible. While we were up there, Dimitris was nice enough to call the Monastery at Dafni for us. Sadly, it was closed for the day, but he stopped anyway so that we could see the outside of this remarkable place. All the while, Dimitris was friendly and engaging. And at the end of a half-day (or more) tour, his prices were quite reasonable. I would highly recommend contacting him for his services. You won’t regret it!
